Ricardo the host was amazing. He had milk left for us and left us very easy instructions how to access the apartment. We loved the location and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling there.

Mould on bathrooms. Pillows sucked too much crap around the room unnecessary decor. Dryer not working.

Very good location Quite spacious

Hated the tight, narrow zig zag hallway The bathroom had several problems - the sink was missing a plug; the shower did not drain properly and the shower door seems to have dropped which has created a gap that the water seeps out of onto the floor. We told the property manager as soon as we arrived that there were issues but they had not been fixed by the 4th day. The bathroom soap dispenser & dish were cracked/broken There were only 3 rolls of single ply toilet paper left for our 4 days. This is the first time that we've been left cheap single ply toilet paper. The kitchen didnt have much workable bench space. The freezer was completely iced up (probably not cleaned for some time) Overall, the standards were not great and certainly nowhere what we expected for the price we paid.

Great location! You can walk up to Alfama, down to River, over to shopping. Close to tram and Rossio metro station. And there’s a great grocery store just around the corner!

The road it’s on Rue Madalena, is small, but surprisingly busy. Wanted to keep windows open at night, but it was too noisy.

Location and clean rooms

Cold room. We could not adjust the temperature of the apartment.

The location is very good, within walking distance to the tourist attractions. We didn't meet the owner, but we had a very good communication through messages, he gave us exact directions about the location and access to the apartment.
