Art-inspired modern apartment

A very large and well equipped unit that is a tad overdecorated by our personal taste, but is still warm and inviting. Having access to a clothes dryer was a huge advantage over most Lagos vacation rentals. It is located close to the Lagos train station, the attractive marina area and only a short walk to old Lagos downtown and the bus station. The huge private patio for the unit was of less interest to us for a March rental, but would be very useful during the summer months

The actual neighbourhood is drab and dreary looking, showing signs of lack of care and attention to sidewalks, planted areas, etc. by the local condo association. The area is not well lighted for evening secure comfort. Except for a tiny local shop that carried some groceries, major food shopping requires either a long 15 minute walk or a short Uber/Bolt ride (to carry heavy goods home). The short easy walking path to the train station is currently a muddy and somewhat overgrown temporary walkway, apparently rigged to get around the close-by construction of a large new hotel. That construction will likely take another year to complete, so then the walking access will likely improve significantly.

We were very satisfied & everything was in close proximity. Apartment was very well equipped. Easy to park outside also.

Main bedroom shower flooded a little when shower was moved to a higher flow
