La situación es perfecta, muy céntrico, rodeado de tiendas bares y restaurantes, a un paso de la zona de los canales (Beira do mar) y Gaspar, el gerente muy pendiente de todo en todo momento

el olor a humedad es bastante desagradable, te haces al olor, pero si eres de los que no aguantas los olores...

"Bueno, bonito, barato, centrico"

La ubicación era perfecta a pocos metros de todo. Era en un bajo. Al lado del apartamento hay una panaderie padteleria cafeteria con unos excelentes productos. A menos de 10 minutos hay un parking gratuito. Y a menos de 5 minutos un restaurante llamado Antonio's spot excelente y los camareros muy profesionales.
