La ubicación fenomenal y la casa a pesar de ser peque ha esta bien

Falta un ventilador o aire acondicionado! En Verano hace mucho calor y no puedes abrir las vetanas porque están cubiertas por un árbol por tanto te comen los mosquitos!

El piso no estaba limpio. Si bien es cierto que parecía que lo habían pintado recientemente y habían hecho algo de obra; no vimos ninguna cucaracha (viendo los anteriores comentarios es un punto muy a favor, parece que se han puesto las pilas). Además hacía mucho calor dentro a pesar de que la temperatura era agradable fuera.

Boa localização

Apartamento em mau estado de conservação, ao chegar tinhamos as janelas abertas e a casa estava cheia de mosquitos, o teto estava super sujo, a pior parte sendo a casa de banho onde o cortinado do chuveiro metia nojo. Num geral estava com bastante falta de cuidados e higiene. Com a temperatura alta e a falta de ar condicionado, tentamos abrir as janelas mas estavam cobertas de arvores dificultando a entrada de ar.
