The location is good- the apartment is close to the beach. However it is located just above an Irish pub with live music which ends at 1AM. The apartment was clean, except of most towels stained with blood.

This apartment was a nightmare. There was no air conditioning despite 40-degree heat. The area is extremely loud – a concert outside the apartment went on until 1 AM, followed by noise from a nearby pub. The host, who was informed about the AC issue at 4 PM, arrived intoxicated at 1 AM. The apartment does not have a separate bedroom as advertised, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. This was the worst part of my stay in Algarve. I do not recommend this place and suggest avoiding it!

Excellent location, literally steps from the beach. Apartment cozy, clean, comfy bed/bedding. Very secured. Kitchen fully equipped if desired to do any cooking - just being your own food.

Is situated directly above a pub, but I still slept, once I got to sleep. Still with that little inconvenience, I would still book this property again and highly recommend.

This studio is a little gem fantastic location with balcony & see view surrounded by shops bars and restaurants no nasty hills or steps the host Pedro is a real nice guy to deal with & will answer messages in minutes we would no hesitate recommending this studio for a great stay in old town albufeira

Didn't like how the receptionist pretended like we were at the wrong place to check in. One minute, she could find our booking reservation after asking so many questions..... then, within seconds, she brought a piece of paper, where all our names had been written along with our reference number.

I didn’t realise how amazing our location really was. We were next to old town, which gave us plenty to explore & amazing live entertainment which can be heard from the apartment. We were directly on the beach and had an amazing views. The apartment was larger than we expected and the seated balcony really did top it off, as it was so peaceful to sit on especially watching the sun set. The balcony also had a outdoor cupboard with items that you could take to the beach, I really loved how thoughtful this was especially for travellers with limited luggage space. Lastly the owner was extremely helpful and really nice.

The only negative I can say is the smell of the water system however you do become nose blind to it after a while. To fix this issue I would suggest having a diffuser in the apartment.
