Amazing sunset facing view. Remodeled apartment was done with modern feel. Apartment has everything you need. The manager Paulina was pleasant and professional- often replying within minutes. Because of weather north, we requested 3 days early checkin. No Problems! highly recommend this property. Stayed 7 nights. At this writing there is an excellent restaurant just opened two weeks before our stay - Nahua - we loved the food, enjoyed 4 meals here, all the staff are well trained and management is top notch!

The building is 1970’s era hotel. That aspect is in need of remodeling. From the entry, hallways, underground parking. There is plenty of parking that’s a plus! It all needs work though. That may happen eventually, but it didn’t dissuade us from enjoying the apartment.

Absolutely the view to the west is inspiring. Daily Happy Hour on the lanai is advisable. Meshua Restaurant at the pool level is outstanding and a real bonus. Recently opened (Oct. 1) we ate there a handful of times and each meal was excellent. Great contact with property manager Paulina. She is available and an absolute asset!

It is an older “hotel” transitioning to a mix of owner rentals and vacation rentals. The basement garage is a little spooky, but worthwhile if the property is sold out. It’s not the Ritz but the casualness and affordability are positives.

Great views and location, includes parking. Great wifi, comfortable bed and no shortage of hot water in the shower. Easy communication with Paulina. Thanks!

The host who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, it was very easy to organize the keys pickup. The location and the view from the terrace are amazing, the flat is very new, clean, comfortable and well furnished. We used the foldable sofa for sleeping and it turned out quite comfortable, could probably even fit two people there.

There was some bad smell (probably from the pipes or ventilation in the bathroom), you can just keep the bathroom door closed to avoid it but it’s not very pleasant. Also, shampoo and shower gel were not provided.
