The location is good. The staff was polite.

In all over the apartment there is an awful smell of mold. Sometimes was difficult to breathe. We had to keep open all the windows even in the night, to get some fresh air trying to deal with this smell. Please respect your visitors. These conditions are unhealthy.

Location was great, apartment is spacious and bright, its in a relatively safe area close to the Parliament. Public transport is near and all the fancy restaurants and cafes are in a reasonable walking distance 10-20 min.

Cleanliness could be better, everything was sticky and not cleaned enough so before using i had to re-clean everything. The couch in the living room had some sweat smell and odor and barely used it. Bathroom could be cleaner too. Bedroom was okay. Internet was a disaster, 3Mbit/s in the living room, and 0 Mbit/s in the bedroom and other areas. A bit expensive versus what you get.

Was a bit annoying because the keys wasn’t close from the property. So I had to get another taxi. With suits cases was impossible. A code box would be much better. The collection point was far.

The keys collection could be closer or at the property. Also no mugs on the kitchen hard to have a hot drink.

Location: Great location, in a more local area providing all the immersion of a more authentic experience, while still being only ~10m away from the tourist hustle and bustle by foot. Space: Love the amount of space in the apartment, the books and the games provided. A lot of sunlight and a great view from the living room windows, with plenty of greenery and a glimpse of colorful houses. Design: Loved the windows! The ability to open the window "blind" without opening the entire door is fantastic. Also loved the separate coat/storage room! Kitchen: So well-equipped with everything you might possibly need! Fridge works super well too with a lot of space to store your wines and beers and ice creams after a long day of exploration. Bedroom: Bed and duvet was comfortable and conducive for a good night's sleep. Bathroom: Didn't have the same problems regarding sewage smells as the other reviewers have mentioned, but we made an active effort to leave the vent on for hours everyday. Communication: Host responded more or less promptly (~12-24h response times) but wasn't very helpful.

Keys pickup: A lot of work to have to pick up keys from a different location, especially considering most travelers first arriving don't have access to data, forcing us to buy more expensive data at the airport just to pick up our keys. Moreover, you have to climb a few flights of stairs with your luggage in order to reach the office where the keys must be picked up, and the area outside of the building is smelly and almost blocked by homeless people. Internet: Barely worked our entire stay of 7 days. It was a bit better after restarting the router on our 2nd day. Excruciatingly slow in general, definitely not sufficient for Zoom meetings so my partner wasted about 5gb of data (~12.5eur) using data for his work meetings. Zero wifi signal once you step out of the living and kitchen area. Not even a weak signal in the bedroom, ended up using a lot of data unnecessarily and made it difficult to unwind and relax in bed. Cleaning: Good for the most part but found some blondish hairs on the bathroom wall, was also only provided 1 set of towels for the entire weeklong stay and when we asked for either an extra set of clean towels or laundry detergent so we can wash the towels ourselves, we were told they don't provide either so had to purchase laundry pods ourselves (~6eur) Hazards: 2 spots where nails jut out of wooden floor. They were hard to see and we didn't notice at first. I stepped onto one, causing some light bleeding. We ended up having to put small bowls from the kitchen over the top of the nails. Very dangerous. Not suitable for children nor old folks.

It was totally ridiculous that we had to pick the keys from a totally different location and we had to hire a taxi to be able to reach the apartment from there. I never had such an experience before, it was so annoying that it wasn't mentioned clearly and they treat their guests as if they offer a great deal that you have to go through all this work. Total Nonsense. Secondly the apartment was so moldy there was a disgusting smell in the living room that I felt so sick. When I left and back my home, all my luggage was smelling like this and I had to wash, disinfect everything. So gross. They need to work on their check in process (they said they have 300 apartments that's why but is it my problem?) and paint living room to get rid of the mold. Otherwise the apartment was nice, in a good location.
