A bit small kitchen equipments

Perfect location, walking distance from city centre. very spacious apartment, good value for the money.

More and newer cooking pots would be a good idea.

The apartment is really an apartment. It's not a room with everything in one place. There's a very big kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (with a tub), a balcony and a bedroom. Very large rooms. It's bigger than what you see in the pictures.

There was no washing machine. Upstairs neighbors are noisy, but that's not really about the apartment... Getting to the apartment can be tricky, because the street is parallel to an avenue. My suggestion is to go to the apartment through the train station street.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment, which had a suitably equipped kitchen (no kettle but easy to boil water for tea on the cook-top or in microwave) Check-in was easy, communication with the host was easy and thorough, and a concern we raised was quickly answered satisfactorily. There was free parking available. It was a short walk to the riverfront in Aviero. The temperature had dropped quite low but we were able to stay warm in the apartment and extra blankets were available for the bed.

I had no complaints.

The apartment is Extremely cold! And it doesn’t have any heater anywhere :(

It was cold, and the fireplace that has been advertised is not working. Need a kettle and some wine glasses

Spacious and clean

Apartment is older but very spacious and reasonably well maintained. Location is walkable to the center of Aveiro. We never met the host but check-in instructions were clear. There is free parking in front of and behind the building; access to complex can be confusing because of nearby railway tracks and overpass directly in front of building. Internet signal is good.

Kitchen really needs toaster and electric kettle; we had to boil water in a saucepan and heat bread with a frying pan in order to make breakfast. Furniture is a real mishmash with too many old knickknacks which should be purged. Although apartment is well equipped, everything is used. There are many throw pillows but sleeping pillows are uncomfortable. Traffic noise from busy street right in front.
