Cuando entramos el olor a tabaco era insoportable y tuvimos que abrir todas las venranas. Alguien debería recordarle al servicio de limpieza que también hay que pasar el aspirador debajo de las camas.

Smokey atmosphere in a non-smoking property. Cigarette marks on the flooring. No hot water for nearly two days. Asked to carry out own inspection of the water tank that was in a cupboard approx. 8-9 feet at the top of wall. Ongoing major building works be carried out from 7.30am - 5/6pm every day right outside the rear of the property and rear bedroom. Unable to open the windows or shutters throughout because of the drilling, banging, sawing and machinery noise. Unable to use the terrace because all of the above, including the multiple building workers on site being only a thin mesh fence away. Noise from the Irish Bar beneath the apartment was also extremely intrusive on the stay, going on sometimes until 2am. Guest Ready staff seemed unable to help without constant requests.
