"Terrible expierience!!"

The appartment has no reception. You have to check-in online and pick up the keys at a different location a few blocks away. We received a message with a code to open a lockerbox with the room keys in it. When opening the box there was NO KEY!! Without key and no reception we were not able to enter our appartment. We tried to call them, message them but no one replied. We wasted 2 hours of our stay in Porto trying to get in contact with them but no one would get back to us (until the next morning when we received a very unpersonal apology). Next morning was too late as we only stayed one night in Porto and had to book another hotel which was at a higher rate.. We want our money back as they failed to check us in and provide us with a key! They said they are looking into it but its now one week later and we are still waiting for our money..

before you book, check with the property if the apartment was fixed. when we checked in there was water on the floor coming from the balcony, the wooden floor has risen and the place was very humid because of that. we had to move to the different apartment company provided after 3 hours of fixing the issue through msg (welcome to post-modern world where no one picks up the phone and avoids human contact when things go down) hope you have a better experience!
