We stayed in villa 'A' for 9 nights in August for our family summer holiday. The villa was immaculate when we got there, it has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 twin and 1 double, both have a private bathroom. The kitchen and living/dining area is on the first floor, which has a double sofa bed for extra sleeping, and a nice balcony with seating area looking out onto the sea. On the 2nd floor is the 2 rooftop terraces, one has a seating area with 2 sun loungers, and the other has a large dining table with parasol and a barbecue. The accommodation has everything that you need for a nice relaxing family holiday, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area. The pool is a good size for relaxing, it's not too deep so it's good for small children, and the deep end is under 2m, this pool is great for cooling off when you've been bathing in the sun. Our host was very kind and friendly, and also offered a place for us to store our luggage after check-out on the last day, as we didn't fly until the evening. All in all this accommodation is very good and I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect for the Old Town. 5 mins walk to the escalator and 5 mins walk to beach. The apartment however is quiet and therefore suitable for families. The apartment suits a family of 6 - there are 2 bedrooms but there is a pull out sofa in the living room which our 2 teenagers were happy with. The apartment is over 3 floors and therefore is spacious. We went end of June / start of July and the pool was busy but not crowded. The apartment and pool was very clean. When travelling with 4 teenagers it can be hard to get it right but if returning to Albufeira I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location, facilities and the layout of the apartment are fantastic. There is loads of outside space, 2 large terraces on the top floor which are very spacious and a terrace on the 1st floor which is great for the morning sun. Also, outdoor space leading from one of the large bedrooms. Great place for a family break, long or short stay. Shared Swimming pool is also a great asset for the apartment.
