Decoration, a lot done with little

First, property managers/owners went to the property uninvited when I wasn't present, so I'm pretty sure someone in the building has the keys to the apartment. No heating working properly, beds are not comfortable, THERE'S A LOT OF NOISE is like having the tram/metro, bus, cars, passing in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, the whole day and night. So, it's definitely not recommended for anyone who's sensitive to noise or expects to be able to rest. A lot of humidity.

The location was perfect for our work. The decoration was unique and special. and we enjoyed our stay.

We had to go into Porto to pick up the keys because although the website says someone will meet you at the apartment, the management company wouldnt allow it. When we finally got into the apartment, we discovered that we had only one spare roll of toilet paper for a two week stay. Because we were staying two weeks, we were entitled to have a change of linen after one week. I asked for more toilet paper and they agreed to bring more toilet paper when they came to clean. When the cleaning staff came they took away all of the toilet paper and no amount of request could get me more toilet paper. The management company continually said that it was not good enough that we didnt have more toilet paper but I never got any more. We also had issues with the hot water in one of the bathrooms. That was never resolved. When the cleaning staff came, it was obvious to me that they had opened the cabinets where my things had been unpacked. The apt is situated between a road with a bus line and the tram line road so it was very noisy but somewhat quieter after 1 am.
