Apartment Villa Sol II

The apartment was way bigger than we expected and looked really nice. Parking is included in a private garage, which was extremly heplful, as finding parking on Madeira can be hard. The view was amazing and the apartment is really close to the beach and the city centre. The owners stayed in touch for the whole time of our trip.

Very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. Great kitchen and living room, good views from the huge balcony too. Everything was OK.

It's a bit of a walk from the beach area and a bit close to the big road, but we didn't mind either. The street noise was not a problem with windows closed.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, decorated with taste, kitchen well equipped. Very friendly and helpful communication with Nadia. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

Very good apartment, we liked staying there, checkin, checkout went smoothly, we got detailed instructions. Best things we liked: - good location, close to the sea, but still have to walk a bit - ocean view - spacious apartment, enough place for 6 people - grilling zone in the balcony - washing machine and dishwasher - parking - responsive host

I liked everything, but for bigger convenience it could be some salt, sugar, oil, tea for the visitors first day, so they could make coffee, tea when they arrive. Other minor things that good to know: - there are no supermarket nearby, the one that is near the roundabout is a petrol station store, so the variety of goods is not very big, like in supermercado “pingo doce”, and the prices are high, but you will be able to find there some basics. To reach a big supermarket you need to use a car and go to the Ribera Brava, next village towards Funchal. - at night you can hear some noise from the cars passing the tunel, so if you are sensitive for that, it could irritate, or you will have to sleep with closed windows. - hot water temperature changes all the time. You can start washing your head with hot water, and then it becomes cold, and at the end hot again.

Great location. Great facilities in the appartement although no basics like salt,pepper etc. Great host although maybe send the arrival details a little earlier. V good value with lots of room.

All great although a little noisy at night from the road. Otherwise perfect.

Lovely, very spacious apartment in Ponta do Sol. Free parking was a bonus.
