Elle est également arrangeante. Tout est mis à disposition pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

This very cozy apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a well-equipped kitchen. You can park your car in a nearby garage (we used the Visconde Setubal garage, a 10-minute walk). It's also close to the Faria Guimareas metro station, a 5-minute walk away. You have to try breakfast at Trevo, near Merto station.

Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Basics, wie Kaffee, Tee, Zucker etc waren vor. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, zur Metro sind es wenige Minuten, ein Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe. Auch Cafés und Restaurants finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Check in /check out waren einfach und flexibel. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und können es weiterempfehlen.

It has everything. The owner was responsives to all our queries and were very helpful. The place is located very near to metro and bust stop, cafes and sundry shops.

The loft is at the 3rd floor, but there was no light at all at the 1st and 2nd floor. We'd have to use phone lights everytime we went up and down the staircase.

Spacious and tidy, with a good, roomy bathroom and toilet. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the check-in process was really easy and convenient. The property is pretty decent — not too far and not too close to the city center. The apartment is clean and nicely designed. *Overall:* Despite a few downsides, the stay was good overall and the issues weren’t major.

It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The stairs are relatively wide, but it can still be a bit tiring. It’s not super close to the metro — about a 10-minute walk, mostly uphill. The shutters don’t fully close. There is some street noise, and the windows aren’t very soundproof, but it’s manageable and not too bad.

I loved the location, smooth check in, the house decoration is also cozy and the owner quickly responded to our requests

The house needs a few small fixes like the balcony door which is pretty hard to close or a hanger in the bathroom to hang the towels
