Ruido de aviones aunque te acabas acostumbrando, no hay contacto físico con el arrendatario solo a través de mensajes

Proche aéroport, proche bus métro commerces supermarchés.... Centre ville facilement accessible Appartement conforme à la description. Échange avec l'hôte facile et efficace, check-in et check-out rapide avec codes et boîte à clés. Place de parking privée garage souterrain fermé accès avec télécommande pour ouverture portail très pratique. Ascenseur, appartement spacieux. En connaissance de cause pas de clim, passage avions au dessus de l'immeuble très bruyant avec vitres ouvertes mais isolation phonique des fenêtres très efficaces, plus de bruit fenêtres fermées. Parfait pour un court séjour.

O edifício está bem localizado e tem um óptimo jardim no interior.

O apartamento está mobilado com móveis baratos e nada cómodos, e já precisa de algumas intervenções na casa de banho, à volta da banheira está negro, parece fungos e a mesma está lascada. A prateleira da casa de banho está com uma fita-cola. As torneiras do duche e cozinha precisam de ser mudadas. O barulho constante dos aviões que passam mesmo por cima é muito incómodo. Não há lençóis nem toalhas de reserva para mudas no apartamento, tem de se pedir e no meu caso demorou 2 dias a trazerem lençóis limpos. Numa estadia de 18 dias, tivemos apenas uma muda de lençóis e toalhas, apesar de eu ter alertado do calor que estava a fazer. O apartamento não tem ar condicionado e não se pode abrir as janelas por causa do barulho dos aviões. Apenas tem uma ventoinha. A relação preço qualidade não compensa.

Very central, comfortable and clean, they have given me all instructions well explained for the self check in, which it made it very easy.

Everything is this property was good the only thing that it was missing was an extra blanket or duvet in case you want to relax on the sofa to watch a bit of tv and feel a bit cold you need to take the one from the bed to cover yourself.

A really nice and practical flat with all the equipments you need to be comfortable during your stay. The owners are really nice and will answer all your questions.

Just be aware that you are not far from the airport, and the noise of the planes can be quite disturbing. It's a common problem in this city with an airport this close to the center.

The apartment was light, well-situated, close to transportation and supermarkets, even a coffee place on site.

First, the apartment needs more thorough cleaning, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. There was mildew on the bathroom walls and the bathtub needed scrubbing. The towels were thin, poor quality and smelled damp. Second, one needs to get used to constant, heavy airplane noise, as the flight path is right over the building and the windows do not do a good soundproofing job against roaring airplanes. This makes rest a challenge and opening the windows a real adventure. Also, there is no air-conditioning in the apartment.
