Dreamers Duplex with Seaview

Great central location & spacious & parking wasn’t too hard to find albeit we couldn’t get parked very near the property

Many people have commented on the steps and I was aware there were no lifts and it was the third floor but it was hard going to get up 55 steps with baggage. The place could be called quaint to some but I found the decor dated and certainly too much stuff. Could do with a makeover. The furniture and decoration is tired. It was also extremely expensive for one night and not worth that room rate.

That it was central to Faro Town and had a nice view from it second floor balcony

The description of the property on booking is very misleading - it gives the impression that the location is well maintained but in fact is a very shabby area. Furthermore - the owner never showed us his face - communication was through WhatsApp and he left the key in a key locker. He left us a very condescending “welcome message” and that was it. The bathrooms have a bad smell and the big bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable to sleep on and cracks every time you move. The air cons are very temperamental when it comes to them working. Also if you leave food out be prepared for an ant invasion.

Good bathrooms, 1 good bedroom, quite omplete equipment

1 bedroom with 2 single beds which were not very comfortable. Worst thing was that the sheets were used and not clean. We were about 30 minutes early and while moving in the landlord called and told us "due to our early arrival" he hadn't been able to "clean the mess upstairs". He promised to come over 2,5 hours later to do it. Eventually he came for just 5 minutes and did nothing. Disappointing.

- Central location and quiet neighbourhood - Two bathrooms were great for my family (5) - Spacious property that can fit 6 (or even more) guests - Good wifi - Great facilities - powerful hairdryer, free toiletries, washing machine, coffee machine (with coffee pods supplied) etc - Responsive and helpful hosts

- The property is on 3rd floor with no lift. Please be mindful if you have mobility challenges - Would be great to have a light switch on the top floor for visibility - Shower tray in the bathroom beside kitchen is shallow. Please don't keep the tap running - It would be great to have a table/luggage rack in both bedroom - The terrace is linked to one of the bedrooms, so the access may be limited

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

3 flights of stairs with very poor lighting for them.

Central location, walking distance to restaurants and train station.

Too many stairs for ppl to navigate with luggage. Thought the price was high for 1 nights accommodation.

The location is close to the train station, just 5 minutes by walk. The house provides all kinds of devices and equipment that you need for your stay. The house is very clean and tidy. Feeling cozy.

The flat sheet, pillow, and duvet smell not so good.

The two bathrooms were modern. Also liked the house plants.

The property needs maintenance- many things were broken or did not work properly e.g. the kettle which leaked, light bulb not working in kitchen, handle on patio door was falling off, kitchen work surface by sink was damaged and not hygienic.

Beautiful apartment, very well located in the city. the host is quick to respond and the arrival instructions are clear!

Excellent location in the centre of Faro and spacious apartment. Our host was also very prompt in communication. Highly recommend!
