"J’ai dû me débrouiller pour trouver un autre logement en raison d’un appartement non conforme et sale, avec un rembourse"

l’hôte a été compréhensif et a remboursé les deux nuits suivantes, j’ai dû passer beaucoup de temps à chercher une solution. Une nuit facturée 101 € reste injustifiée au vu des conditions.

Appartement très décevant : manque évident de propreté (sol collant, serviette avec des trous et sale ), placard instable, lits instables qui bougent, fenêtres sans poignée et matériel dégradée comme l’extincteur incendie bien instable
