"Bonito apartamento pero muy mala estancia."

La ubicación.

1. No me mandaron el código de acceso para entrar al piso, teniendo que llamar por teléfono asumiendo un coste de llamada al tratarse de un número portugués. 2. No funcionaba la calefacción, cosa inaceptable en el mes de enero, sustituyendo la avería con un radiador pequeño que apenas calentaba. 3. Cuando se quería duchar una segunda persona ya no salía agua caliente. 4. No responden a los mensajes.

Hay muy mala gente fuera del edificio, no es muy seguro por la noche

La limpieza muy mal, y el estado de la cama muy mal, las almohadas rotas y viejas. El estado de la ducha daba asco.

Location

Communication with the staff was awful. They forgot to give me instructions on how to enter the apartment. Only after my reminder they sent it.. On departure, I asked them to check out 1 hour later, but they even did not reply. There was not enough crockery. They didn’t even have a corkscrew! I don’t understand how you can not have a corkscrew in Portugal 🙂
