BBA Apartments Palácio II - Garden View, Gym & Free Parking

Great location. The room was super clean.

The property is quite expensive for what it is. Gym should not really be called gym. More a training facility than a gym. Stayed for 5 nights and the owner could have left enough coffee capsules for the whole stay. Instead, just left me 2. Also, for people who find it hard to sleep with noise, because the room is integrated in the kitchen - it's all in the same space - the fridge is quite loud.

It was a fabulous apartment, really beautiful with lots of sun coming through and it was in a really great location, nearly all of our Ubers to the town centre/back were €3.85, and there is also an electric scooter drop off point just round the corner so we even used those for a laugh one evening, super handy to have that so close by! It had a smart telly a very comfortable sofa and bed, a large bathroom and kitchen space with a dining table. The owner was very friendly and allowed us to leave the car parked in the garage even after check-out time. There were just a few things I'd improve, there is only one mirror and it's in the bathroom, so it's difficult when two people are trying to get ready, a tall mirror would have been perfect. The hot water I believe comes from a small tank, so it doesn't last very long and finally, it's an apartment so it's understandably not cleaned throughout your stay which means the toilet roll isn't topped up, but other than that it really was a perfect stay and we will return 100%! Thank you!

The property is cosy and the parking is very convenient

It’s a bit cold as there is only air conditioning and to make it warm it isn’t as efficient

Super clean apartment, very functional and with all commodities. It was very comfortable. Location is also perfect. The garage is a great plus.

It had everything we needed. I loved the extra that you could use the gym room in the building!

A new apartment in a good location. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

The shower (even though new and beautiful) does not provide hot water after 2min of using...The water got cold very quickly.

Super clean like a new apartment with a nice interior, near garden and calm neighborhood, walk to tourist attraction around 30 min and quite hilly as Porto it is..near bas station (Palacio)

No cloth dryer
