Great Location, friendly neighbors at the shops downstairs

Narrow entrance , steep steps were a challenge with big bags.

Great location and easy to get bay, transports were near by. Easy access to all attractions within Belem. The host was helpful when he was available and was ready to answer questions. The flat had all the information necessary at our arrive and it was reasonable.

The property had a few issues, the toilet had this awful smell from the drains from the day we got there until the day we left, I spook with host he apologised and said would check on Monday the day we were meant to leave due to not being available at that time . The shower was leaking water from the sides and that would lead to the floor around it to get all wet. One of the walls next to our bed needed some repair or touches up. Also would be good to have more or better pillows as the one available were very small.

Location is great: - close to a lot of attractions! - many museums in this area. - great bakeries and a few restaurants nearby. Staff reacts quickly to requests.

If you a very noise sensitive, you might be bothered by the restaurant noise below when they open and close (chains placed around chairs).

The studio was extremely well located, 3 minutes walk from Monsteiro dos Jeronimos, Pasteis de Belem, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, and other monuments, and well connected in general by tram, uber, walking. When we arrived to the accommodation Thursday night, the room had not been cleaned and the cleaner could not come until Friday morning. The host was extremely helpful and apologetic, so this was quickly rectified.

The studio is quite old and not the best kept. The toilet also has a constant smell of being damp and doesn't drain well in the shower or sink.

Tub drain is closed and water leaked outside the tub when showering and entered the room. It continues to go everywhere and touching my charging adapter and electric cables, it could cause a terrible thing!

Excellent location. Perfectly clean. Big and well-equipped. Close to the supermarket. Surrounded by restaurants. Perfect connection by public transport. Close to tourist attractions and a boulevard. Reasonably quiet, given the location next to a busy street and bars. There is no air conditioning so you can naturally get rid of excess calories and fat by sweating :D This little fan can only be used as a decorative element or as a toy if you like to pretend you are a World War One fighter pilot during hot days and nights ;). The shower cabin is not suitable for current Calvin Klein models. As an athletic person, I took a shower but... without any unnecessary hand movements. If you are a size XXL person, your six-pack is covered by a thick layer of fat, or you like to have fun for two under a stream of hot water, you have a better look for another place. ;) The host could add a small shopping trolley to the equipment. I had one in a Spanish flat. It helps to fill the fridge :) I'm not complaining because I did cardio with an extra load, but we know what British or American customers are like - a little odds and sods and they'll be spouting their lamentations in the next review ;)

Super! Spaciuos, clean and had everything we could need. Location is not in busy downtown, but is more quiet and close to the train.

In the afternoon, for a couple of hours, downstairs there's a restaurant and it smells, but is not a big deal.

The location is perfect

The entrance is too narrow. Not suitable for suitcase. The fan is out of order and no air conditioner. The host should mention that there is no air-conditioning. Open the window is ok but this is noisy.
