Apartamento Orquidea

Un apartamento amplio y muy limpio. La señora fue muy amable con nosotros, se acercó a darnos las llaves y nos explicó donde estaba todo. Hay garaje para el coche y una panadería muy buena debajo del apartamento donde desayunamos todos los días. Para ir al centro de Funchal hay que coger el coche porque está a media hora cuesta arriba, pero el barrio es muy tranquilo, con restaurantes y cerca de la autovía si te quieres mover a otras zonas de la isla.

Hay que coger coche para todo porque está muy arriba de la playa y del centro de la ciudad.

We had a really lovely stay! We met our host on arrival and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is set back from Funchal centre, so it’s a bit quieter, though there was some traffic noise due to being close to the highway - nothing that stopped us from having a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. Everyone we met during our time there was friendly and warm, which really added to the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! For anyone driving, you also have private parking in a shared garage.

Little bit hilly

Great location, bakery under the house, big grocery about 200 meters. We had nice view of the city. apartment was fully equipped, washing machine, hairdryer.... and owner Dalila was really nice. totally recommend.

There was everything for comfortable living. Good location, amazing staff, two parking places in basement.

The floor was a little bit sticky (maybe from floor wax), thats the only thing.
