Minimaler kleiner Knackpunkt: Keine bis wenig Schränke für die Wäsche. Eine Kommode oder so etwas würde das Ganze deutlich erleichtern.

Mycket centralt läge! Bra med balkong, lite störande trafik. Prisvärt. Rent och fräscht.

Det saknas städutrustning. Det behövs galgar. Krokar att hänga upp jackor på. Krokar i badrummet till handdukar och badlakan.

A very nice place – great location and really super clean. I stayed there for a week and overall I’m very satisfied 😊 The only thing I was missing a bit was a small vacuum cleaner. After a week of staying and cooking, naturally there were some crumbs, and it would have been nice to quickly clean it up. Other than that, everything was a big plus!

All check-in and check-out instruction sent very clearly with photos attached, great contact with the host. The apartement was very, very clean when we arrived. Underground parking included so you don't have to worry about the rented car. It may not be an ultra-high standard, but it is in an ideal location in the Funchal city center and therefore a great base for exploring the island.

Really great location in Funchal. Clean and modern apartment with nice kitchen facilities, balcony area. Comfortable bed. TV. Seating areas. Bathroom was clean, extra towels provided. Walking distance to marina, restaurants, shops, parks. Easy self check-in and out.

Noisy street traffic at night. Slight issue with ants around the kitchen countertop and bin. The balcony sliding door needs fixing. This rooftop apartment requires a small flight of stairs as lift does not access all the way to the top - Not an issue for us but may be for those requiring lift access.

The location is amazing, very central. Supermarket nearby. Very clear instructions to find parking but the whole permit thing as described below was stressful.

The property was quite cold (March) and the AC didn’t heat this up very well. There were also 4 pillows but only 2 pillow cases. Did message about this but didn’t hear back until end of the trip. No hooks to hang towels. Quite noisy but accepted this due to central location (used earplugs and was fine). Sofa is very uncomfortable. Parking permit was in the apartment, which at the time was really stressful trying to find parking near the apartment to get in and get parking permit then find the parking for the car.

Great location, everything in the apartment is quite new and very clean. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is air conditioning in the apartment which could be useful both in summer and winter. The host is responding quickly, provides clear instructions for checking in and answers your questions through WhatsApp. There is a parking place in the underground parking nearby so you don't need to worry about where to park your car. The apartment is located next to a shopping mall with a big supermarket where you can get whatever you need for your stay.

There is an elevator in the building but it will take you to the 3rd floor only and then there is one extra floor where you need to use the stairs. Also. the elevator is shaking terribly when stopping.
