The owners were friendly and very kind, the room is very comfortable even if is small. The position is good because is near the center, but the street, in which the house is, could be less noisy.

The bathroom has some problem with the lost of water but it was clean.

The decoration is excellent - at least according to my taste. The location is very good, really close to the historical center on foot. Nice welcoming.

The extra bed for the third person is not really a bed. It is a sofa where they put a thin mattress and a sheet. It was very uncomfortable. They should put a better bed or do not allow more than two people to book the apartment, as for two people this could be fine. The other major issue we had was the "cleaning fee" - 25 euros. Later, I searched in the booking's details and found that particular paragraph where it explains that there is a cleaning fee indeed, but then the blame is on BOOKING.COM, who should include this fee IN THE FINAL PRICE of the apartment !! I spoke to them regarding their fault, but they simply ignored me. Lastly, we did not have any place to leave our luggage, and that was a problem as we had many hours ahead after the checkout time, and we wanted to take advantage of them, of course. But the staff mentioned a few luggage storage places around the city, so they helped with that somehow.

Wifi was good, thats more or less the only thing.

The whole apartment was quit humid, also had some mould. You constantly have a mouldly smell. Furthermore the bedsheet was partly broken and had a stain on it. The apartment is next to a busy street, so you can also not open the window during night for fresh air. They charge you for additional cleaning fee and tax, although when you book it says all charges included. We stayed one night before in another place in Porto, this was the same price but way better. So overall not worth the price.

Clean, not old, with everything you need for a short stay. Free and short overview of the city when you check in) A good starting point for an overview of the city. Simple checkout process.
