Blisko centrum. Łazienka przestronna.

Brudno. Brudne naczynia, czajnik elektryczny w dramatycznym stanie. Podłogi zakurzone jak nie wiem. Szuflad radzę nie otwierać :D Klatka schodowa stroma, numeracja też jakaś szalona. Na całej klatce schodowej i w przedpokoju było czuć spalony olej z restauracji na dole.

"Lokal dla osób znoszących woń palonego tłuszczu i czosnku"

Przestronny apartament, w samym centrum za przyzwoitą cenę. Czyste ręczniki i pościel.

Apartament nr 5 jest na III p. i prowadzą do niego wąskie, kręte schody – wejście z dzieckiem i/lub bagażami jest bardzo trudne, a taka informacja powinna być podana w opisie. Największym problemem jest jednak zapach z restauracji na dole, który na klatce schodowej i w mieszkaniu jest nie do wytrzymania. Wentylacja jest bardzo słaba – okienko znajduje się tylko w kuchni, natomiast w łazience i pokoju wychodzi na wewnętrzną część budynku, więc praktycznie nie ma możliwości przewietrzenia mieszkania (latem musi być tam piekarnik). Czystość przeciętna. Schody na zakrętach b. brudne. Łóżka z połamanymi stelażami.Problem z parkingiem nawet płatnym.
