Vilamoura, new style apt, piscina, wifi

Our host went above and beyond. The location was perfect, the apartment gorgeous. I have already recommended it to a few friends.

The apartment was very bright and airy, plenty of clothes storage and well layed out. All the kitchen facilities that you need, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and a hob. Lovely location with a few eateries and bars walking distance. Great value for money.

For the only reason it’s slightly out of the centre, it’s about a half an hour walk to Quarteira and a 20 minute walk to vilamoura, but with the apartment itself I can’t think of any faults.

A localização era boa. E a piscina era boa e calma. O apartamento em si estava bem equipado e era suficiente para umas férias de praia.

Em primeiro a tv estava avariada, não ouve verificação dos equipamentos no apartamento, ficamos sem tv durante 3 dias e substituíram por uma nova com insistência da nossa parte. Em segundo, tivemos pelo menos 4 baratas 🤢 no apartamento. Apesar de estar limpo, no próprio corredor dos apartamentos apareciam e meia volta entravam dentro do apartamento. Em terceiro e para finalizar na nossa saída, que para mim foi o pior, fomos abordados pela mulher da limpeza com uma arrogância extrema de quando íamos sair, isto as 10 da manhã, no entanto tinha falado com a pessoa responsável pelo apartamento que sairíamos durante a manhã sem hora marcada e nada me disseram de horas limite. Ainda me colocou em causa com quem tinha falado, com uma atitude de desprezo é extremamente mal educada. E ao sair, deparo me com a senhora das limpezas a falar mal de nós com outra pessoa.🙄 PS: ainda eu tive a deixar o mínimo do apartamento arrumado antes de sair. Digo que foi uma péssima experiência, já tivemos em vários sítios no Algarve e até mais baratos com melhores condições e melhor atendimento.

The property is modern, well furnished and comfortable apartment with more or less everything that you would need. The communication in advance was very good from Alexandra. It was really easy to let yourself in to the apartment using the lock box system. The location is great, in a lovely residential area, with only a 5 minute walk to a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants - not to mention the local Spar Supermarket. A 15 minute walk to the marina where everything you need is there. A great find 😊

Only thing was that the floor hadn’t been swept/cleaned.

Great location and nice modern apartment.

Room was infested with cockroaches. Tv didnt work and the owner didnt respond when asked how to turn it on.

The property is spotless clean and has everything you need including hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine .

Check out is 10am which is early as there is no facility to leave your luggage at the property if like us you have a late flight . The pool area and sun loungers are very dated
