Il divano letto non era stato fatto e il copri materasso del divano letto matrimoniale era singolo. Il porta telefono della doccia era rotto. Il matrimoniale era troppo piccolo. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 20 euro per aver fatto il check in tra le 22 e le 24, e avremmo dovuto svuotare noi il pattume dell’appartamento prima del check out, per non incombere in un’ulteriore sovrattassa.

The location was great, and the staff at DreamAlgarve were helpful (we could leave our bags there, communication was easy, and we felt safe). Overall, the place was good, with good furniture, a pleasant atmosphere, and a small balcony.

There was fungus in the bathroom—we could literally see it—and it was quite disgusting. The bathroom was in poor condition, with water spilling everywhere after we took a shower. The apartment was listed for maximum 5 people, but there were not enough towels or pillowcases for all the group, there was also no air conditioning, and no dish soap in case we wanted to cook something. In the bathroom, there was only one very small bottle of shower gel (for 4–5 people) and no shampoo. The extra charges stated in the conditions felt very excessive. For example, if the guest doesn’t take out all the garbage or if anything small happens, the fees are extremely high. We were quite nervous about making even minor mistakes, despite being very careful, organized, and clean, and always leaving the property in perfect condition. We were surprised by some of the requirements upon receiving the keys. That said, the staff from Dream Algarve were really nice and even allowed us to enter the apartment at 15:00 (the time was from 16 til 19 only). However, the condition of the bathroom was really bad and disappointing, with significant fungus, as shown in the attached pictures.

la posizione era ottima, lo staff molto accogliente, la casa nel complesso carina.

il bagno… molto piccolo in una casa che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. la doccia ha come parete una parete utilizzata come binario per la porta scorrevole per cui non delimitata. l’acqua così tende ad uscir fuori se si tiene il soffione attaccato al muro e allagata bagno e corridoio.
