Clean - super clean. Felt like we were the first guest! Shower great, beds great. Location perfect for touring old town and quick uber (3.00€) up to university. Very attentive hosts. Welcomed us with small bottle of port, and dropped by next day with pastel da nata and a couple of bottles of water!

Nothing, as mentioned above, it was like brand new everything!

The apartment is ideally located in the center of town. We were able to easily stop by between activities and did this multiple times a day. The apartment is spacious with 2 floors and a nice view over the river. It was also quiet. We were able to wash a load of clothes and hang them on a drying rack on the balcony. Carlos picked us up at the bus station and also dropped us off there when we left. He told us about the city

Charming and spacious apartment close to most of the Coimbra attractions. Comfy beds and good shower. Do take up the owner's offer of parking as it is at a premium in old the city.

Carlos picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment, and then drove us back to the station at the end of our stay. Fantastic service! And apartment has a washing machine AND a dryer.

The location is good, Thats the only thing we liked

Contrary to most people we didn’t like the studio. It was dark, dated “red sink and bathroom tiling”. !!the bathroom had a damp feeling as other reviewers have said. The window was very high so room seemed dark and lots dark wood too . Trying to be everything and to us it was like sleeping in your kitchen and looking at washer machine and dryer . The location is good and size of studio fine it needs a make over to separate the areas. We extended our stay in Coimbra and stayed in another studio nearby before and the layout and decor so wonderful by comparison We moved as this was not available ongoing.

Great property, we stayed in family room, which had three very clean, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and fantastic views. Close to everything, wonderful host, Carlos, who was nice enough to offer to pick us up at bus station when we arrived. Highly recommended!

O que mais gostei foi a localização — muito central, perto de todas as principais atrações da cidade. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso: nos recebeu pessoalmente e explicou todos os detalhes importantes para a nossa estadia. Recomendo!
