Limpieza, ubicación , amabilidad y formalidad de Carlos.

Todo bien.

Impeccably clean, comfortable, and with some amenities (like clothes washer) not typical of other lodgings of this type. The communication with Carlos was excellent, and he was very helpful and friendly. The location is good - close to shops, restaurants and the river, yet away from the noise. There was a nice view of the river through one of the windows.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. I would mention a couple of traveler tips though: (1) To ensure consistency with water temperature in the shower, the flow should be kept on the high side. (2) Coimbra is very hilly, and some streets are quite steep. Guests should plan on taking extra time to walk between places, or consider taking public transportation.

Posizione centrale, vicina a tutti i punti di interesse. Letto molto comodo e zona tranquilla per riposare la notte. Host disponibile e molto gentile. Ci ha fatto trovare pastel de nata e vino. Consigliassimo

The location was perfect, easy access to every place you want to see in Coimbra. Just steps away from the City Center and all tourist sites are easily walkable from the apartment. The owner was wonderful and picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. Every little detail was consider to make my stay perfect. There is not only a washer but a dryer too, super helpful when traveling with small suitcase and needing to wash often.

Everything was perfect, nothing negative to say. Would definately recommend staying here to anyone visiting Coimbra.

Host was very responsive and quick and we appreciated the ride to and from the train station. He went out of his way to help us with very heavy bags and not only let us store them after check out, but brought them to his car to take us to the train station. Apartment was spacious and well located. Bed was comfortable.

Our dissatisfactions about the apartment were small and could be easily remedied. We had no soap for the bathroom or laundry (when we asked, these were furnished right away) and a used sponge in the kitchen. Extra blankets took up a lot of storage space and were not freshly laundered (everything else was clean, though!). In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have salt, pepper, oil, and a kitchen knife--just the very basics. In the shower, just a simple caddy would have made a difference.

L’accoglienza di Carlos che ci ha accompagnato alla stazione andata e ritorno, i pastel de nada che ci aspettavano sul tavolo, la posizione della casa.

Purtroppo manca l’ascensore e con le valigie e’ un po’ faticoso, soprattutto se i bagagli non sono leggerissimi. Ma sono case del centro storico e quindi ci sta.
