It's good. We only stayed one night and didn't use the kitchen, but the bed was comfy and the shower great.

The stairs, you need to take care if you go with luggage.

Really nice place and the owner was very helpful. It is really a full apartment with the complete kitchen and all needed things. Also interior is very good looking and feels fresh.

Tram on the street nearby is somewhat loud but it is okay if you close the windows.
