Chillout Trindade Apartment

Location is excellent, just steps from Metro station and city center. Photos are accurate and layout makes great use of small space. Management was friendly and helpful. Loved all the little accents and decorations!

Take note management asks for city tax payment via international wire transfer. I was uncomfortable with this as my bank fees for that payment method are far more than the tax itself. Thankfully I was able to make arrangement to pay cash instead. Bathroom needs hooks to hang towels and other items. Bar down the street can be noisy late at night.

We, elderly couple , stayed in this apartment for 5 days but property management's behavior.was very disappointing. Many things were not working, after complaining, staff came and fixed one or two things , then disappeared, management stopped answering my messages and did not care that toaster, coffee machine , exhaust fan etc were not working..

perfect location, metro to the airport, bus, cafes and restaurants, city center everything is so close clean apartment good soundproofing comfortable bed

small things like no hooks for towels in bathroom, there was not enough cleaning products, no salt/sugar
