Świetna lokalizacja obiektu.

Niestety w pokoju było bardzo zimno pomimo włączonego grzejnika niestety nie dało się zasnąć w tym mrozie. Pokój znajduje się na parterze, więc aby nie być widocznym dla ludzi na ulicy trzeba zasunąć zewnętrzne rolety, przez co w pokoju panują ciemności.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o bliskość centrum. Bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy i oddanie pokoju. W sam raz wyposażona kuchnia jak dla jednej osoby, dużo kanałów w tv. Całkiem wygodne łóżko.

Mieszkanko raczej w okolicy średniej (wroclawianie mówią na to trójkąt bermudzki), znajduje się na parterze przy samej ulicy - słychać rozmowy osób przychodzących, przy odsłonięty zasłonach co wyższa osoba może zajrzeć do pokoju - roletki są tylko na dolnych oknach. Meble w stanie lekko średnim. Za elementami wiszącym w łazience strasznie wielki kurz. Mała kabina prysznicowa (postrzeganie zależy od osoby) i niestety ale nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki może to jakaś chwilowa awaria.

Parter, blisko centrum mozna tam pójść pieszo, aneks kuchenny

Zapach, piszczące łóżko, ciągle hałas jakby cos sie przelewało, zimno, woda wystraczajaca na pół prysznica
