"Very disappointing and overpriced"

A/c is working great

The overall condition of this apartment was very disappointing. Everything is outdated, broken and in poor condition. The displayed pictures at the website showed no real time experience. The rooftop terrace was dirty due to seagulls and very smelly due to the 💩 everywhere and on the roofs. BBQ you don’t want to touch. Location of the apartment at the junction of very busy street which cars driving around all day (bad smell). No option to park your car close to the apartment. Too much traffic and no regulation of car parking options. In the apartment lots of damages and broken items. Loud construction works at the opposite site of the apartment.
