"Loved the area and apartment space. Access and a/con were negative issues"

Spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped and underground car parking.

Difficulty to access property via communal gates as keys did not work easily, the entrance to car park wasn't working via fob through our 8 days and the exit gate was working sporadically. The air conditioning units were effective but we couldn't use the small patio area when our neighbour used a/con as the heat from the a/con unit was excessive on our patio.
