Le salarié à l’accueil (Eduardo) qui n’est aucunement aidant, refuse d’ouvrir la barrière à l’entrée, désagréable au possible, se permet de mal parler aux clients… Expérience client catastrophique dès l’arrivée. Si l’établissement ne souhaite pas conserver ses clients il ne peut pas mieux s’y prendre qu’avec ce salarié !

El horrible estudio las mentiras de los empleados sobre los paros constantes de los ascensores , y la cobardia del dueño o dueños del mini estudio que nos robaron el di ero que kes pagamos por un mal estudio que cuando lo ofertsron conocian el problema de los ascensores y la dejadez total Booking cada vez que os hacia una reclamacion

The bed was comfortable and the location of the building was very good

The room was not cleaned well before we arrived, there was sand and hairs on the floor of the bathroom. The building entry and the elevators smelled very bad. In the reception they give you a card for the parking but there are very few places for the 19 floors of apartments which is tricky because all the parking on the outside is payed. The little kitchenette doesn’t have any space to put down things or to wash without making a mess. And worse, the equipment on the walls for fire emergencies are put near the stove, which is dangerous. Everytime someone in our apartment or the apartments next to us opened the water there was a squeaking sound
