Sunny Green Terrace

It was very secure and in a reasonable neighbourhood, the whole apartment was well equipped and the garden was a real bonus. Miguel was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and he was easy to contact with any minor issues.

Great area of Lisboa. Right outside the crowded, touristy central city but still an easy walk there. Huge private courtyard full of plants. Nice apartment. Many restaurants in the area.

The hosts were warm, friendly, engaging and very accommodating. It was very clear that they wanted us to be happy and comfortable with the accommodation. The apartment is very homely (it really does feel like a home from home), clean, well set up and has everything you need (including some useful 'home basic ingredients' like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil etc). The outside 'terrace' area is huge and also nicely decorated (loved the owl figurines) and set up.

We found we had to move a little further afield compared to other places we've stayed to find great places to eat (breakfast and lunch / dinner) that are typically Portuguese. But the warmth and friendliness of the hosts far outweighed this 'slight negative'.

Great outside space and excellent location - short walk to Metro, trams, etc and easy walking distance to Rossio Square and city centre. Local shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless and well equipped - home from home! Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. The building had character and the apartment was very comfortable. Full range of TV programmes and Wi-Fi. We had a lovely stay.

It is nice to relax on the terrace after a long day in the city. We had been there beginning of October. In this month there was no more sun on the terrace. Thus on windy days it can be quite cool outside. The appartement had everything we needed. Special thanks to Miguel who waited for us to give us the keys and to explain everything very well. It was an easy check-in procedure

Nothing - we would come back

The place is decent for three people. Beautiful and extremely large terrace. Very quiet. Miguel is super.... he would respond at 2am for a question. The place also provides reasonable shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing pods and laundry pods. Very convenient.

The washing machine had a door opening glitch. Miguel has to come to help us open the door.
