Fiz a reserva para outro alojamento. No momento de chegada foi-nos indicada outra morada completamente diferente. Estivemos um dia inteiro sem água e, mesmo sabendo que não seria responsabilidade dos responsáveis pela reserva, a postura de completo desconhecimento e desvalorização perante a situação foi de muito pouco profissionalismo. Só depois de manifestar o descontentamento é que conseguiram obter informações relativamente à hora de regresso da água.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I recently had a horrendous experience at this property that I feel compelled to share to warn others. From the very beginning, the communication was abysmal. We were not provided with the exact address of the apartment, and there was no building number included in our booking details. This led to a frustrating search, and when we finally contacted the host for help, they provided us with an incorrect address. This was not only inconvenient but also incredibly unprofessional. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was only one set of keys for three adults. This is unacceptable and made our stay extremely challenging. We had to coordinate our movements around a single key, which is not what you expect when booking an apartment. In addition to these issues, the host tried to force me to provide my credit card details as an additional security payment. I firmly refused, arguing that this was inappropriate and unnecessary. Only after significant back-and-forth did they reluctantly accept cash. This should have been a red flag, but I was too exhausted from traveling to realize just how bad the situation was. The host's demeanor escalated to aggression when I stood my ground. They were intimidating and unprofessional, creating a hostile environment that made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To top it all off, on the morning of our checkout, the host arrived with the police, claiming that we had damaged the door. They demanded 1,000 Euros in cash for repairs, without providing any receipt or proof of damage. This felt like an outright scam, and I was left feeling cornered and helpless. This place is a total scam, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to avoid it at all costs. The lack of proper communication, unreasonable demands, and aggressive behaviour from the host made this one of the worst experiences I've ever had while traveling. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reputable option.
