location - superb, close to beach and shops, restaurants; balcony view - fantastic, you can see, hear and smell the ocean from here. apartment is big, with lots of storage space, so you can comfortably spend here your holiday. everything was super clean, kitchen fully equipped and all devices were functional. beds were very comfortable. despite hot weather, the rooms were not getting hot - providing you use roller blinds.

Dona Maria muita atenciosa, fomos muito bem recebidos. Um apartamento muito bem decorado, limpo e acolhedor, a poucos 5 minutos a andar da praia. Excelente para famílias com crianças. Adoramos a estadia e voltaremos com certeza.

Sea view from every room

Great location, easy communication with the owners, very nice little details in the apartment. Easily reachable also by public transport from Lisbon, which I consider a big plus. We did spend only little time inside, as the ocean was too close, but returning there after long walks felt really like home.

We did not use the kitchen that much, just did not felt so - but there are great places even for taking the breakfast in Costa de Caparica, so I wouldn't count it as a minus.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. I especially liked the big terrace.

The apartment was absolutely spectacular. The view from the two balconies (one closed and one open) is fabulous, overseeing the ocean with view to parts of some beaches, the neighborhood and part of Lisbon. There is a lot of sunshine in the apartment, it was very clean and packed with everything you need, lots of towels, comfy beds (and one quite big), spacious living room and a very functional kitchen. Also since the apartment is at the 4th floor I was pleasantly surprised that there is a lift. It exceeded my expectation and will come back next year.
