Casa Jacarandá

Courtyard was nice, shower was great, lots of blankets and pillows available

Beds were terribly uncomfortable, living area furniture also uncomfortable, courtyard chairs were too small, sharp knife in kitchen was broken and unsafe, no kitchen towels or paper towels available, trash bag too small for can, and every day except Sunday there was intolerable construction noise from next door that woke us up and made us unable to hang out and relax, which I know probably wasn't their fault, but a warning would have been nice so we could have chosen another, quieter place to stay

Good central location.

A bit noisy early in the morning when the council empty the bins,but this is over very quickly

The appartment is very spacious with 2 bed rooms with each 2 beds, large living room, very well equipped kitchen, dining area, one bathroom inside with good hot shower, second bathroom outside (which you reach through the inner patio), lovely little patio, easy walking distance to local sights and restaurants and supermarkt (around 5 min), easy free parking right in front of the appartment, cute square with benches and cafes right around the corner, friendly hosts through whatsapp

Couch in living room is a little hard/stiff, patio does not have direct sunlight (which i think is great in summer, but in spring we missed a little, tip: square just around the corner to the left has lots of sun), front door was a little complicated to open/lock. So k over all: super minor things lovely appartement!

We stayed in Casa Jacarandá with family over Christmas and really had a fabulous time. The owner kindly put up Christmas decorations for us, and was incredibly helpful and attentive both before and during pur stay, via WhatsApp. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is amazing and the outside toilet and utility room are really handy, too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and even has oil, vinegar, spices and some coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine! We loved the location - perfect for exploring Silves on foot, and there was always plenty of parking nearby. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Everything you could ask for in an apartment (house) 2 big spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, great WiFi and shower and toilet, the house has a beautiful layout with a big kitchen with all you need to cook etc, big living room and an outside terrace along with a utility room with washing machine, there is a cafe restaurant right beside it on the corner and lots of other cafes and shops close by, definitely recommend the house!!
