Funchal Downtown Flats 2

We loved our stay in the apartment of Luìs! We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was everything we wished for. The kitchen ist fully stacked, the beds are comfortable, there is enough space everywhere and we loved the rooftop terrace. It was also really great to be able to park inside the building. The location of the apartment is amazing, everything can be reached by foot in few minutes and also a supermarket is really close. It’s the perfect place to stay in Funchal.

The front door does not shield the noise well and it can be a bit noisy when others are in the stairwell. However, as there are only two other flats in the building, this does not happen often and is not a problem.

We liked location, hospitality and friendliness of the host, and especially the cleaness.

The location is perfect. Right on the downtown. Close to everything in walking distance. The flat is fully equipment with new things. It provides a garage with remote control. Perfect if you rent a car to visit the island. The street is quiet, no noise. The owner answer very fast to any question.

Nothing to point. It does not have elevator but we knew in advance.
