Very Clean. Bright Apartment. Quiet street and building.

Location is great. Just 2 minutes to the metro that goes directly in to the city centre

It’s mentioned before but the smell. The owner tried to fix it. Helped a little. At this point in time. I wouldn’t book the apartment again before they have solved that problem.

The house offers many great facilities and is suitable for either short or long stays. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

There was an occasional unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet. Despite this, the house still provides good value overall.

It looks exactly like the pictures. Very good size of apartment, very clean & tidy. With air conditioning/heating, big TV (Netflix and other channels), WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, especially dish washer! It is just perfect!! By the way, I didn’t take pictures of the apartment because I took a video. A video about my dream home 😍

Have seen many comments before, it’s about sewage problem. The smell from bathroom is really bad, but we got used to it after 1 day. After all, we had been out a lot. Just shut the bathroom & bedroom doors then it will be fine. It is not as bad as other people said that they needed to move to other places.

Convenient location close to a metro stop. The apartment is bright with all the natural light coming in. The kitchen is well equipped with the things you need. Bedrooms are nice. Aircons, TV, WiFi work perfectly fine. To be honest, this apartment is perfect. However the awful bathroom/toilet odor just made our stay uncomfortable.

Upon arrival and started to use the bathroom, a very bad smell is already lingering in the apartment that comes from the bathroom/toilet (This issue has been brought up by other guests multiple times in the reviews section of this property). This issue should have been addressed already as this is re-occurring issue by majority of guest. The bad smell is overwhelming every morning, once we enter the bathroom, we cannot even breath properly and we lost appetite to eat due to the smell that travels to the whole apartment. The owner paid our breakfast outside the apartment as a compensation for the first day. On the day of check-in we already reported the horrible smell, then the next day they tried to clean it and spray some fragrance but the smell still remained. We then updated them that the smell is still there however the owner claimed that the bad smell is caused by city pipes, old building and we were exaggerating (probably they should do a test-stay so they could experience what we experienced for 7 nights) We then asked them if they can move us to a different apartment however they just told us we can move out before noon and we must find an accommodation by ourselves and they will do a refund (this is totally absurd because we already made all plans for the trip and we should not be having a problem to find a new accommodation if a problem is on their property, it was so stressful situation). After that they were unprofessional to stopped responding to our messages, last message was on 20th September and they only reply again on 24th of September one day before our check-out. This issue was reported to Booking Costumer Service unfortunately they were not able to help due to the reason that reviews on this property with horrible smell is a public knowledge already.

Everything was clean and functioning. ACs were a blessing in the midst of a heatwave in all rooms. Roo

Nice light apartment with good equipped kitchen. Air conditioners in each room. The owner provided a baby cot as requested. Metro station is near the apartment.

It was a bad smell in the apartement since the first day, we supposed it was from the sewer. The location is ok in general, we could walk to the center by feet, but streets around were not very pleasant and fully comfortable for us.
