Excellent location, near the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Perfect for families/groups.

The apartment would greatly benefit from minor maintenance operations (the toilet seats are loose in both bathrooms and need to be replaced, for example).

"Beautiful, spacious apartment right near the train station"

Excellent location (2 minute walk from the train station). The building looks a bit run down on the outside, but the apartment inside is beautiful, clean, renovated, large and comfortable.
