Que tardamos en entrar, no hay aire acondicionamiento y el servicio es lo peor

La ubicación está bien tienes bus, supermercados y tranvía cerca.

El baño muuuy pequeño, el cuarto de ducha tenía olor a humedad, estaría bien que pinten un poco y antes de llegue la gente ventilen el cuarto de ducha. Los colchones duros para mi perfectos, pero hay una que suena mucho deberían cambiar.

The location is nice and quiet, walking distance from supermarkets and transportation. Beautiful garden nearby.

The building is old and not well maintained. The apartment was obviously not properly cleaned, apart from maybe changing the bed linens. The bathroom smells of sewage and it's right next to the kitchen... The kitchen utensils were dirty inside the drawers. The curtains in the bedrooms are slightly mouldy, the couch is stained. I feel like it wouldn't take much effort to make it so much better, but sad to see that they don't worry about quality standards in this place. Hope it improves!

Location is the only good thing about this appartment. Close to Jardim de Estrela, nice park where you can have a walk and enjoy some coffee early morning. However, appartment is located in a very steep street which is not convinient for older people. Building is quite old as well as stairs that lead to the appartment on the first floor

I stayed with my family for 7 days. Appartment has hygiene issues and heating in the whole appartment depends on one small heating body that is not enough for the whole surface to be heated normally. Bedsheets and towels were not washed properly (noticed some stains) so I had to do it on my own during the stay. Beds are not super comfortable and there were not enough bed covers or blankets. Toilet in the appartment is very strange, improvised very small room that has water heater horizontally placed above the toilet. This is not convinient or safe for taller people. Kitchen is not really practical for longer stay if you want to prepare any food on your own. Also doesn't look really clean. Host just communicated regarding the keys hand over and did not ask us if we needed anything during our stay. I think it would be nice to check with guests if everything is fine at least once.

Shower, toilet, building, overall the apartment is not worth for the price. What you see on the pictures is what you wont get when you get there.
