City View Apartment

Very spacious and easy to find parking. Location was right next to a supermarket. When traveling with children, it is nice that they can be in their own bedroom. Nice that they provided plenty of towels and even beach towels.

There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom. They do not provide tissues or washcloths. Hot water heater is in adequate for a family to take showers consecutively. A little bit too remote from the downtown area if you want to walk to a restaurant.

The apartment is huge, it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. It also has a washing machine. It is well located if you want to travel the island. In proximity there is a hypermarket and also 5-7 minutes by car there is also Parque Atlantico, the mall. Next to the building there are a lot of free parking spaces. The collection of keys is done at a different site, very close, it is contactless and it went super smooth. Communication with the host was great.

I would recommend, it’s a great value for money.

Amazing apartment, lots of space for lots of people, lots of kitchen facitility, very nice host, external blindings made easy to sleep, very nice view.

Noisy street, but with closed window unnoticeable. For small person, bed might be a little bit softer.

The location,the space and quality of the apt with all conditions available.The host was excellent and had a very professional hints in the aprt and by sms,allways available .A very warm thank you and i will recommend without any reserve.

Modern and spacious flat, clean, well located (easy access and near a supermarket), mostly quiet, some green spaces outside, lots of natural, light, lots of towels, great facilities in the kitchen, Most exceptional: the very kind and helpful host.

Next time I'd like to be near the sea, although the cost of a flat by the sea is much higher in this location, understandably. Some of the decoration (pics on the wall) generally could do with a refresher.

Location is good, apartment is spacious. Street parking with a lot of space to park. Supermarket in walking distance. Welcoming gift from the host was very nice to have after a long trip.

Smell in one of the bathrooms (was not possible to get rid of with cleaning products), kitchen was equipped in a very modest way where after 2 meals for 3 people you would run out of forks or knives. It was quite cold and no warm quilts offered, though with a heater we managed to find a solution at least for a child.

The areas of the house, the cleaning was perfect, the views were pleasant. The building was quite well isolated and not noisy. The communication with Carolina was impeccable!

Bright spacious place (especially living room) , all new furniture and kitchen, good closets, 2 bathrooms, all in flat well and too like!!! Very good placement, good safe place to walk even at night, good placement to go by bus to town, market etc (cost 50 cent/person!). Good vicinity of supermarket etc. Thanks a lot owners!

The property management team were welcoming and very helpful in providing information on queries way beyond just the accommodation. Apartment itself is lovely, clean and spacious. The balconies provide lots of outdoor space too. Also in a peaceful location with access to town centre and highway
