"Ótima localização... melhor anfitrião da vida"

O Miguel foi, sem dúvidas, o melhor anfitrião com quem já nos hospedamos na vida! Ele é extremamente atencioso, simpático, educado e nos deu orientações valiosas que fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. ​A localização é simplesmente maravilhosa, bem no coração da Rua Augusta — da janela do apartamento é possível ver o Arco da Rua Augusta e a Praça do Comércio! Para completar, a cozinha é muito bem equipada e a sala conta com um sofá super confortável e acesso à Netflix. Experiência fantástica

É importante destacar que o apartamento fica no 4º andar e o acesso é feito apenas por escadas (são 8 lances no total). Além disso, o apartamento é duplex (dois andares) com os quartos na parte de cima; no entanto, o banheiro da suíte não possui chuveiro, então todos os banhos precisam ser tomados no andar de baixo, aonde ha uma casa de banho completa e outra somente com chuveiro.

"Céntrico con escaleras matadoras.Volvería."

La ubicación es excelente. Está en la calle central de la zona baja de Lisboa (el único barrio sin cuestas, jeje).A 2 minutos andando de la plaza de comercio. La cama de matrimonio es super cómoda y tendrá 1,80 por 2 metros. Tiene electrodomésticos de calidad y una tv bastante grande. El sofá es cómodo.

Lo peor sin duda son las escaleras.Es un quinto piso sin ascensor, pero las escaleras son súper empinadas.No lo recomiendo para personas mayores,es casi imposible que suban. Me sorprendió que no dispusiera de un microondas. Con todos los electrodomésticos buenos que tiene me pareció raro que no tuviera el más barato. No tiene almohadas o nosotros no las encontramos.Tiene cojines en su lugar.

The host is very helpful and friendly! The location is perfect to walk most places, very central. Beautiful clean apartment, the host takes great care to assure you are comfortable!

We did not mind the stairs, was a good workout. But those with any issues with stairs should be aware of 4 flights of stairs.

La ubicación inmejorable!!!

Lo peor, que es un quinto sin ascensor ((aunque ya lo sabíamos) y las escaleras son de madera antiguas, no muy cómodas. Además la luz de la última planta no funcionaba

Konumu ve temizliği gayet iyi. Ev sahibi cana yakın ve yardımseverdi.

5 kat oluşu ve çok dar merdivenleri vardı. Binada asansör yok. Araç parkı büyük problem
