Family apartment in the center - BP3

L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement, les chambres tout était très bien. L'appartement était propre. À noter que l'appartement est peu insonorisé on entend fort les voisins, pensez à prendre vos boules quies.

La pression de la douche et le changement de température constant qui est un peu tricky, mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Amazing vibes, super cozy, positive vibes, a lot of space with separate living room + 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Few spots could use a little renovation, nothing major but shower curtain was a bit broken)

Overall nice apartment. 2 bed rooms w/2 bath rooms. Nice kitchen. Close to Metro/Underground. Nice neighborhood. Close to the supermarkets and shopping street.

No sound isolation. The talks by the next neighboor can be heard. Difficult to sleep if the neighboors talk. No AC.

Very clean and a lot of space. Shower, kitchen en bedrooms are all good enough.

Could’ve used a little more basic cooking stuff and some things are a bit worn off

Rooms were clean. Beds quite comfy. Susana was warm and welcoming.

It was quite a climb up the stairs on the 3rd floor. No shampoo/body wash was provided. No A/C. It gets pretty warm inside… I didn’t like the bed facing the broken mirror closet but it’s just a personal preference.

Beds are clean n comfortable. But the equipments are a bit old. We had to wait for a long time for hot water when shower. It’s not good in winter time. Furniture are bit dirty n old. One of the toilet light is out of order. And the room rent is not low comparatively n we paid an extra cleaning fee in the total amount.

Spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located close to metro. Washing machine/dryer. Good WiFi.

Furniture was shocking. Sofa had zero padding and was unusable. Dining room chairs were folding camp chairs. Tiny TV with only 7 Portuguese basic channels. Needs a smart TV. No finesse with this appt. Was located on 3rd floor. 56 steps to appt. Not suitable for elderly or infirm. Items broken on arrival ie shower in ensuite. Toilet in ensuite kept blocking. Smell of sewage in entrance foyer. No love or welcome pack provided on arrival ie no tea/coffee etc. Only what the previous guests leave behind.
