Lovely apartment with a wonderful plum tree in the garden. Flexibility on the checkin time was great.

Parking - Parking was in a garage 8 minutes walk away. It would have been better if this were disclosed ahead of time.

The property is big and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The only thing it takes time to adjust the warm water in the bathroom.

There is no heating so it is as a bit humid. Shouldn’t be a problem during a hot period of the year though.

The property is well organised on two different levels, which makes it great for bigger groups. The host was very accommodating, we could drop off the luggage before check in. The garden is beautiful, and the location of the property makes the rest of the city easily accessible by public.

There was a higher humidity due to the rain season, so it felt a bit damp. Maybe with some extra heaters in the different bedrooms, this problem can be solved.

The property was spacious

Please note there is NO heating or air conditioning. the property smelt damp and was extremely cold when we went in November. The beds even felt damp. The latch on the window in the bathroom is broken, so its permanently open. We were given an extra blanket and a tiny tiny heater, which were told to only use on the lowest setting or it would fuse the electrics. The property a few doors down was derelict. We made all our grievances known to the owner, but he said there was nothing more he could do .... so he took our silence as we were satisfied. I have made a formal complaint to booking.com and asked the property to be either removed or to state that it has no heating or air conditioning in the advert.

Straight under the air corridor but no big deal

Modern, clean and spacious. In a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the city center. Great home away from home when staying in Lisbon.

The backyard was peaceful and ready to hang out in. The rooms were dark and good for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and starter staples. It was close to bus stops and easy to get places. The owners were friendly and helpful.

It got a little cold around the house, but that was easily solved with socks and a sweatshirt.

The location was good. It was in easy reach of buses and the train station. The host was amazing … very helpful and accommodating. When the TV didn’t work the host responded and came round immediately to fix. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The WiFi was excellent. We felt very comfortable and secure. There was a lovely garden but being winter it was too cold to use!

The apartment could do with a dehumidifier as nothing would dry but this was January so probably fine in the summer. The apartment is directly under the flight path so quite noisy but we had ear plugs so was fine. The people upstairs were noisy walking around and kids running up and down.
