It’s a new building and newly renovated apartment. It has everything you may need for short stay. Very comfortable beds, except for sofa. Big TV screen was a great to watch movies in late evenings. Location is good, 20 min walk from the central area.

Maybe would add washing machine. There is a laundry nearby, but prefer to have it more handy.
