The apartment needs a better cleaning; leftover items from the previous guest, a rotten dishwashing sponge, old detergent residue, and there wasn't even a broom or cloth to clean the space. The dishcloth is old and dirty. The apartment smells of mold. The space needs more maintenance. For those with many suitcases to leave in the apartment, it's on the 3rd floor, with very narrow stairs. The area has no parking.

The host sent us a car ride to reach accomodation after the airport. This is very nice, even though we changed the time and flight number, they still assist us Their check in method can be abit complicated. But their customer support is very nice, you just need to call them any time in office hours. if its urgent and its outside of office hours, call them again!

First, the car driver's attitude is not that nice; he sounded annoyed when he drove us from the airport at 11pm and said it was a courtesy of the company. I didn't request that, they offer us, but at least we still contact him for another car ride and send him extra fee. you could smell the smell of old furniture in the kitchen but not a big problem for me.
