Arroios Concept Apartments by Homing

It was a great space, we were there to run the Lisbon half marathon and the apartment has plenty of space for the four of us to do everything and relax after the run. It was a little far out from the main Lisbon attractions and working out the transport system took some time, but once worked out it was just a bus ride or an Uber into town. Really great place and so affordable for the facilities we received.

It was a little further out of the nain Lisbon area, so it took a couple of trains or an Uber to access more attractions etc. Transport is very affordable though, once you've worked out how to pay etc.

Los apartamentos son espectaculares. Tiene absolutamente todo y estaba super limpio. Eché de menos un microondas aunque creo q el horno que había podría servir de microondas. Si fuera otra vez me quedaría en los mismos. Es un bloque de 6 apartamentos,nuevos,de madera y recién arreglados.Estaba bien ubicado.

El aparcamiento externo es de pago de 9 a 19 h. ,por decir algo,si bien eso no tiene nada que ver con los apartamentos en sí.

La decoration, le lave vaisselle et lave linge, le canapé très confortable, et les rideaux vraiment occultants. C’était calme aussi.

Très humide, à notre arrivée la couette était froide et presque mouillée. La vue sur les poubelles / bidonvilles et cimetière. La localisation un peu loin, et quartier vraiment sale, mais pas mal famé du tout.

Les équipements, la modernité et l'espace de rangement. La réactivité du personnel.

Il manquait une VMC dans l'appartement, au lever beaucoup de buée sur les vitres et pas de chauffage, un peu frais dans l'appartement à cette période de l'année. Il manquait le micro ondes.

Ja havia me hospedado em 2025 e repeti pela localização e pelo conforto

Não tive tenta sorte nesse ano, não haviam algumas amenidades que tinha encontrado no ano anterior; como pastilhas de lavar louça e toalhas de banho. Éramos 4 pessoas e só nos foram concedidas 2 toalhas ,estando uma delas rota. Com o tempo chuvoso ficou dificil utilizar as toalhas que não secavam, fiquei triste pq no ano anterior tudo foi perfeito.

Good location, clean apartment and easy to communicate

There weren't any duvets or quilts provided. Only 2 pillows for a 4 people stay. Dishwasher was leaking and couldn't use it. You have to commute to a different location to store the baggage after check out

Apartamento funcional, próximo ao aeroporto e locais de interesse.

Lisboa estava muito chuvosa e o apartamento ficou muito úmido, o secador não estava funcionando, apesar de avisar, não trocaram.
