L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux, super propre. Bien situé car il y’a tout à proximité.

Mon seul bémol c’est le fait d’avoir une vue sur un cimetière mais on ne prête pas trop attention car l’appart est génial

Property had a few good spots for food and grocery. The apartment on the surface was cute and decent.

Our bed smelled like urine. The blanket and pillows had urine stains on it. There was not enough towels and no cover for the extra duvet and pillows. Notified the staff no one did anything. The next day messaged again and had to call the WhatsApp number to get a response. Had to go back to drop off key so they could go in. Left covers for us but not a new duvet and pillows for the bed as there was urine on it. Asked for money back and no one responded. Sort of feel scammed. Hopefully you get a better experience but communication isn’t always guaranteed.

Ens ha agradat molt l'apartament en general perquè tenia de tot: forn, utensilis de cuina... Hi havia calefacció i aire acondicionat.

Realment no ens podem queixar de res.

De não haver estore na casa de banho e a janela ficar de frente para o escritório do vizinho neste caso privacidade "0"

It’s a decent apartment with all the basics. About 15 minute walk to the subway station.

There was black mold all over the apartment. We spent one day cleaning it all from the walls and windows. It is evident that there is a lot of moisture coming into the unit.
